Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to complete assigned FedEx Ground routes

• Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in Commerce City and surrounding areas

• Load and unload packages up to 75 lbs (heavier packages with equipment assistance)

• Follow delivery schedules, traffic laws, and all safety procedures

• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding progress or issues

• Ensure vehicles remain clean, safe, and properly inspected
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (all company-paid)

• Consistent reliability and ability to work weekends as required

• Physically capable of safely handling packages up to 75 lbs

• Previous delivery driver, courier, or logistics experience is preferred but not required

What You’ll Do

• Operate a FedEx delivery vehicle safely and efficiently

• Load/unload packages up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with a dolly)

• Deliver to homes and businesses in all weather conditions

• Follow delivery schedules and traffic laws

• Communicate with dispatch on delays or issues

• Keep your vehicle clean and report any mechanical concerns

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass background check, drug screening & DOT physical (we cover cost)

• Physically able to lift/carry packages

• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

• Weekend availability as needed (flexible with notice)
  
  

 No experience? No problem. We have routes with smaller vehicles for new drivers.
